While I’m not a techie by nature, by circumstance I MUST be, at least a little, to keep up with the demands of authors in far-flung areas who ask for help. The way they want me to work with them isn’t always my preferred way, so I have had to learn about and understand the other ways of sending, correcting, and returning documents electronically.

I love the picture you used as the header, and I’m wondering how many younger folks might not be too sure what it shows … :-) Talk about obsolescence! Kind of like telephone booths, right?
